This has been my favorite authenticator app thus far. Especially since I log into a LOT of Microsoft accounts – so I simply need to hit “approve” rather than entering codes.
And it backs up your logins to the cloud unlike some others (google). I do recommend enabling security (fingerprint/pin) for every time the app is opened for max security.

Easy to use. Let you know what’s going on with your account. Easy for me to get into my accounts without having to do the name and password.
Best for people who have guests accounts on different devices that arent necessarily the same accounts even though they are all yours.
Makes signing in much simpler for Xbox and personal computer activities but I can even use it for certain apps and sites as well.
Outside that I think are outside of the Microsoft brand and it’s just wonderful to keep. It’s kind of like a virtual wallet for your passwords.

This application works perfectly. When I need to get into my Microsoft account on my laptop, it asks if I want to use the authenticator on my phone.
